Just a reminder, I have the "Tall Cakes" class this Saturday at the Hobby Lobby in South Jordan. Sign up at the store. Check out the details here. It is a great excuse to make an awesome Halloween cake for you festivities that night.

With a custom gumpaste flower and lace stenciling to match the brides dress, this cake was very elegant. The bride wanted something simple, yet make a statement. The bottom tier was Mounds of Love flavor, the middle tier was Dulce de Leche, and the top teir was Crimson and Coconut. Congrats to the Bride and Groom!

I have a friend who's husband turned 30 on 10-10-10. Pretty cool, huh? So, she wanted a super cool cake for her soccer obsessed husband.  The bottom layer is red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and the top layer, or soccer ball, is orange cake with an orange buttercream. Happy 10-10-10!

This cake was fun because i got to make the flowers out of gum paste. Something I really enjoy doing. The bride was having brown calla lilies and orange roses in her bouquet and centerpieces. We decided that some handmade gum paste flowers would be great for this cake.

They too chose my most popular flavor, dulce de leche with buttercream. I like the rustic elegance look of this cake and it smelled soooooo yummy.

This cake was for Hilla and her Fiance. They were married at Heritage Gardens, a gorgeous venue. They chose my popular Dulce de Leche flavor for all the tiers with the dark chocolate fondant. Very yummy combination.
Congrats, to the newlyweds!
